No source upload, every tier
Scans run locally or in your own CI. The account Console handles sign-in, billing, and licensing only; it is a control plane and never receives source code. Governance features such as RBAC and compliance evidence (SOC 2 / ISO) are on the roadmap and not yet available. See Security & privacy.
