Each Free command has its own counter. All four renew at 00:00 UTC on the first day of the calendar month, and unused invocations do not roll over. A user invocation and an agent invocation count the same. A rerun is another invocation. If Harness or Skills launches Claim Check, Review, Test Evidence, or Blast Radius, that child invocation consumes the corresponding Free allowance. Internal Review and Test Evidence composition inside one admitted Claim Check does not consume those separate counters.
Free
Free keeps local workflows useful: unlimited Scan, Agent Harness, and Agent Skills, plus five monthly invocations of each metered command family. Free metered commands contact the allowance service before execution and require it to be available.
Current self-managed CI supports Scan only, using a scan-scoped SHIPMOOR_TOKEN. Claim Check, Review, Test Evidence, and Blast Radius are not currently supported in self-managed CI.
Pro
Pro is $19/month or $190/year. It makes Claim Check, Review, Test Evidence, and Blast Radius unlimited and includes the full IDE workflow, advanced verification configuration, standalone repair capabilities, and richer local history.
Start free to receive 30 consecutive days of Pro. No payment method is created for the trial. At expiry, the account falls back to Free without deleting configuration, Skills, Harness setup, reports, or local evidence.
Team and Enterprise
Team and Enterprise capabilities are coming soon. Shared policy, baselines, managed CI and PR checks, organization controls, SSO/SCIM/RBAC, audit, and private runners are not described as currently shipped here. Contact Shipmoor for availability.
Privacy on every plan
Analysis runs locally. By default, Shipmoor does not upload source, diffs, prompts, findings, file paths, repository names, branch names, tests, or acceptance criteria. Service contacts carry only the data needed for authentication, entitlements, command allowances, and features you explicitly enable. See Security & privacy.
